Jamie was helpful, motivated and informative. Knew what the problem was immediately and called his office to see if we were still under warranty - which we were! He explained everything to me(not my area of expertise) and I actually understood what he was telling me! Mason explained everything I needed to know about replacing my furnace. He gave me options but did not pressure me. The service team installed my furnace vey quickly and I am so appreciate as the temperature the next morning was -29. I highly recommend Tonna Heating and Cooling!

I just wanted you to know that Jeff and Jeremy finished reworking the duct work and installing an additional damper for the upstairs zone and appear to have done a very good job. I also wanted to let you know I got the rebate package from you and Cindy and it was easy to just complete the forms and get them mailed. I appreciate the cooperation, excellent response to my concerns and good work done. We'll find out over the next few cold weeks if the overall system heats the home as expected but certainly the project has me very satisfied to this point.... (a week later the work was done....) Results: To add to our satisfaction I don't know if you know that Jeff and Jeremy did an excellent job of reworking the duct work significantly improving the structure flow in the furnace room and very significantly affecting the air flow on both levels. Then the downstairs thermostat failure issue occurred again later last Tuesday, after Jeff was finished (issues not related). I called and Emily came Wednesday to diagnose and she was able to reproduce the thermostat failure in the master control unit so she replaced it. Our heating and comfort experience since those fixes has been excellent. All rooms up and down stairs are comfortable and right on the temp set. Clearly the issues were addressed. We didn't realize we were living with a flawed system installation since 1998. Thanks and share this with your boss too so he/she/they know that responsiveness, cooperation, fairness and good work did not go unnoticed.

Jamie was fantastic & got me out of a Jam!! It was the day after New Years & the main Fan/Blower/Motor had just failed causing total loss of heat in my Triplex Investment Property. Temperatures were dropping & Tenants were worried, but Jamie came over within an hour of my inquiry & successfully replaced the Blower/Motor getting the Heat back up & running for the entire Building. Jamie takes a professional approach to working with Customers & I would recommend his service & Tonna Mechanical. Sincerely, CB

Our boiler had a problem on a weekend. The service tech took the time to explain the possible costs before even coming out. I never had a repairman do that before. It ended up being a quick fix, not the long, costly repair he suspected. I can’t remember his name, but he was super nice & not only explained what the problem was, but showed me how to clean out the condensation drain if needed. Thanks, Tonna.

Technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. Performed the work they came to do, were on time and educated me on some preventative things that should be done. Highly recommend them if you need work done and will definitely use them in the future.

Jamie and Aaron were fabulous. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Explained everything in simple easy to understand . My only complaint is Arron's wife is a New Endland Patriot fan. I might be a little sensitive this morning because the Patriots beat my Packers last night. I need to make it perfectly clear that this will NOT effect my calling Tonna back for more business. KC

Jamie was incredible, he was knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and did a great job representing his Company and their services. My dogs loved him too, bonus! I previously used Tonna to clean my air ducts and Mike was my tech and was awesome, that is why I chose them again. You will NOT be disappointed with this Company based on my experiences.

The technician was very helpful and detailed in describing the issue with our furnace. He also was very thorough in doing his diagnostics and testing every aspect of our furnace. Have worked multiple times with this technician from Tonna and he has always been helpful and truthful in all of his worm with us.

We have been Tonna customers for the two years we've lived in our home, with a Comfort Club membership at the "Got You Covered" level. Our benefits include a fall furnace inspection and a spring AC inspection. Tonna has also installed a humidifier for us.Today, we had our fall furnace check up. Tonna makes it very easy to schedule, and every Customer Service person I've spoken with has been friendly and helpful. Jamie, who has done our service work before, is extremely professional and capable. He checked over our whole furnace and even made a few suggestions to keep everything running well (and saving us money in the long term).One other note - Jamie provided us with a rebate form from Minnesota Energy Resources that will allow us to receive $35 for having our furnace serviced. I had no idea that program existed. So, Tonna got us checked out and gave us money for doing it! We highly recommend Tonna Mechanical for any HVAC or plumbing needs you might have. We have been extremely satisfied with their service and recommend them to all of our friends and family.Thanks Tonna! See you this spring.
