currently looking for a Warehouse Manager.
Essential job duties:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing delivery/job pulling personnel team,
maintaining an orderly, clean and accurate warehouse and inventory, and ensure field personal
receive materials and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with operations manager, project managers and sales team to prepare
materials for jobs
• Manage warehouse and delivery team assigning tasks, responsibilities and accountability
• Order materials and maintain adequate stock in the warehouse and trucks
• Quarterly Physical Inventory Cycle Counts
• Make sure all materials and equipment for jobs are ordered and in the warehouse prior to
the job installation date
• Make sure all jobs are pulled prior to date required
• Help get field personnel out of shop
• Ensure installers have proper tools materials for jobs
• Manage and maintain company tools and tool room
• Data entry such as purchase orders, reviewing job material pull sheets
• Communication with suppliers
• Maintain clean and orderly warehouse and yard, general facility upkeep and maintenance
Minimum requirements:
• Working hours 40 hrs based on 7a-4p schedule as needed to accomplish job duties
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products & Quickbooks
• Proficient in use of computer programs and technology related to the position
• Strong organization skills
• Task orientated
• Ability to complete projects with minimal direction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to answer multi-line phones
• Ability to multi-task
• Self-motivated
• Works well under pressure
• Phone skills
• Two years related experience managing a warehouse or equivalent combination of
education and experience
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong time management skills

• Ability to logistically think through a complete process
• Adaptable- Able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manages competing
demands, and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
• Is a Team Player & Humble, Hungry, Smart
