We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative. As a customer service representative you will work as part of a fun, dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired company growth. Duties include converting inbound and outbound calls into booked service appointments, responding to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand. The right candidate will be passionate about Tonna Mechanical and excited to help the company grow.

Requirements include:

• A proven track record in customer service.

• Highly organized with great multi-tasking abilities and computer skills.
