Mission:
Create and maintain trusting relationships with new and existing clients. Propose solutions for
client’s needs.

Responsibilities:
· Be accountable for meeting or exceeding revenue goals/metrics.
· Generate sales and relationship opportunities and provide proposals as needed.
· Build relationships with home and business clients.
· Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
· Own the client experience.
· Execute sales process.
· Serve the greater Rochester area, no travel or overnights required.

Requirements:
· Motivated
· Personable
· Organized
· Experience in the HVAC field preferred but not required
· Valid Driver’s License
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
· Ability to communicate effectively
