The Tonna Team recently switched to a new payment processor. This is why you are seeing this error. Our new processor is actively working with us to correct this issue with your saved payment method for your “Just Right” Comfort Club membership. It is our goal to have this corrected quickly so your membership can continue without interruption.
If you would like to update your payment method now, please follow these steps on the email that you received.
- Click the button/link in the email.
- On the next screen, choose “Re-enter / Add New.”
- Enter your card number and information.
- Enter your name.
- Click Next.
